Women Entrepreneurship Week

TCNJEC will be hosting an event for Women Entrepreneurship Week on Wednesday October 19th at 5:30pm in Professor Carla Fallone's Entrepreneurship Class, Business Building room 123. The event will feature Stephanie Riehl and Carla Fallone

  • Stephanie Riehl, NJBIA Vice President, Business Resources and a Summa Cum Laude alumni of TCNJ. After graduating TCNJ and earning her MPA degree, she served as Director of Governmental Affairs for the NJBA, was a fiscal analyst with the NJ Office of Legislative Services, and was the NJBIA's head lobbyist on labor, human resource, campaign finance and election law matters.  Stephanie is an exert on employment and labor issues and will be with us to discuss the Human Resource laws and regulations for Entrepreneurial and Small Business Ventures. 
  • Carla Fallone, MBA, CEO of Fallone Business Resources and a fourth generation entrepreneur, has been designing/launching companies for 26 years. She has launched and successfully grown her own retail business, service based business and is currently designing and developing an online Enterprise Crowdfunding site for Students.  Carla is an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey, School of Business, where she teaches Entrepreneurship.  Carla develops strategic business models/plans, designed to “envision/teach/succeed” entrepreneurship. She consults finance/business development/financial software to private clients.  Carla also consults for Small Business Development Centers and the SBA, and authors business theory for Fortune 100 companies.  In 2012, Carla delivered the afternoon keynote speech during National Business Women’s Week, NJ Women’s Entrepreneurship Series.  In 2013 she was the speaker at Governor Christie’s Annual Conference for Women, and a panelist on “Empowering and Inspiring a Business of Her Own.”  Traveling to more than 46 countries, she volunteers for micro-launch initiatives, teaching entrepreneurship, inspiring empowerment, self-reliance and training sustainable business skills. Please visit
